Project: Warwick Avenue

Bolt & Heeks were engaged to carry out extensive refurbishment and structural alterations to a split level 2nd/3rd floor flat together with a basement conversion to form a new apartment whilst other floors of the property were in occupation.

The project included the renewal of the slate roof, new dormer windows and structural alterations to create a new kitchen and shower room within the existing roof space.  This also required the completed design and installation of the M&E.  Finally, we installed a fire alarm system to the entire property.
