Project: Waggon Road

Bolt & Heeks were engaged to convert two adjoining houses to form one residence, with the owners in occupation.

The project involved structural alterations, provision of new staircases, full specialist M&E services and the installation of new formers with associated roof works. We also constructed a new detached garage, added a new conservatory, installed aluminium windows, created two new bathrooms, ensuite facilities to the master bedroom and a new bespoke kitchen. Finishes comprised specialist woodblock flooring, ceramic tiling, purpose-made joinery and decorations. We also undertook hard and soft landscaping, creating a new patio area.
