Project: Upper Belgrave Street

Bolt & Heeks were engaged to undertake landlord’s internal and external maintenance works to this prestigious Grade II listed property in the heart of Belgravia.  The house comprises three two-storey apartments, which were all occupied throughout the works so sensitivity to residents’ requirements and excellent liaison were the order of the day.

With external space at a premium, our site compound was limited to a panel shed and WC in a narrow lower ground floor lightwell.
