Project: New Horizons
The project involved the refurbishment and extension of a former Victorian bath-house within the occupied Guinness Trust housing estate which is in a Conservation Area. Works included a striking, glass two-storey extension, orangery cafe, kitchen and computer resource area. We undertook full DDA adaptations, including the installation of a new lift.
The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea awarded the scheme two Environmental Awards in 2008.
