Project: Kensington Mansions
Kensington Mansions is a complex of six purpose-built mansion blocks comprising 72№ flats. The project involved the refurbishment and redecoration of all communal parts; as the blocks were all fully occupied, we appointed a full-time Resident Liaison Officer to ensure residents were kept up-to-date on progress and not unduly inconvenienced by the works.
