Project: All Saints Community Centre

The project aims were to convert this dilapidated Victorian church into a vibrant community centre, involving some demolition and rebuilding as well as complete internal and external refurbishment.

The programme included the creation of a mezzanine floor and verandah, full M&E renewals, new toilet facilities, new reception area, new catering and snack kitchens, brick and stone repairs and landscaping works.

"Bolt & Heeks recently did a massive conversion on our community centre costing well over £1 million. We found them not just satisfactory but wonderfully co-operative and very friendly. They kept us in touch with everything and were very adaptable when things proved to be far more difficult than they expected. We found them to be absolutely delightful people and a pleasure to work with."
The Rev. Canon Owen Beament.
